What a weekend!
Global Super Nova made sure that her talent was rewarded with a wonderful result. The 4* track at Aston Le Walls International was causing many issues but I left the start box knowing my little mare would jump anything she could and our determination was rewarded! She gave me a brilliant ride, and finished 9th/110 in her first run at the level. I am very excited to get more experience at this level.
Only a few weekends ago, I travelled to Luhmühlen in Germany for the GB Student Riders Nations Cup with Alfie Marshall and Di Bevan. It was a great first experience at the 5* venue and we returned overall champions!
These competitions were great 2/3-day holidays for the youngsters that I’m producing. They have been working hard and showing great potential in their first outings. I would like to have more horses at top level, but it is hugely rewarding to start horses from the beginning of their ridden careers.
